Global citizenship education and peace education: Toward a postcritical praxis

چکیده

This paper argues for a postcritical praxis in global citizenship education (GCE) and peace (PE). The begins by critiquing the interlocking fields of GCE PE as problematically framed around three key pillars liberal peace. Then, drawing on postabyssal thinking illustrates that Western-centricity peacebuilding is not only colonialist/imperialist but it an erasure other. light this realization epistemological pluralism transformative response wanting. Instead new responses must focus other ontological possibilities grounded to thought. Before concluding, offers some pedagogic integrating PE.
